Justin Jia has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Justin co-founded Project Unicorn, a mobile application for startup founders to present virtual pitches to investors. Justin also co-founded Meta Esports Inc, a web-based platform for automating tournaments. Justin has also worked as a Program Manager at Leyline, managing the student ambassador program and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers. Justin has experience as a Project Coordinator at Blizzard Entertainment, spearheading incubation projects for the Blizzard collegiate arm, Tespa. Justin has also organized gaming festivals as a Program Manager at Beachcon and has interned at UCI Esports, assisting with creating activations to increase visibility of UC Irvine's esports program. Justin is currently working as a Product Lead at Triumph.

Justin Jia completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at UC Irvine from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Troy High School from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued Troy Tech, AP, and IB courses. In addition, Justin obtained various certifications in project management, including Agile Project Management, Google Project Management, Project Execution, Project Initiation, Project Planning, and Foundations of Project Management, from Coursera.
