Charles Black has extensive experience in operations management within the aerospace and construction industries. Currently serving as the Night Operations Manager at Triumph Group since August 2018, Charles oversees advanced composite manufacturing operations, including P&L, safety, and quality control. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Director of Operations at House Calls Complete Home Services, managing residential and commercial construction activities. Charles has a solid foundation in technical education, having been a Maintenance Technology Instructor at Laurus Technical Institute, and accumulated significant experience at Lockheed Martin in various managerial roles where responsibilities included overseeing flight line operations and quality assurance for the C-5 and F-22 programs. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from St. Leo University.
