Nancy "Nayana" Patel CHIA, CHO is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor relations specialist with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder/President of Nishita Investments LLC since January 2018, Nayana also holds the position of Vice President at Kosmada LLC and serves on the Executive Board for Corporate Relations at Triton Electric Vehicle, LLC. In addition, Nayana is the Executive Vice President of Operations for the Evolution Venue Hotel Brand (EV Hotel) and has been involved with the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) as an Ambassador and Past Board Director since March 2008. With leadership experience in various organizations including the LEUVA PATIDAR SAMAJ OF USA, INC., Nayana has a proven track record in hotel management, brokerage, and operational excellence. Nayana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University-Texarkana and an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Kilgore College.
