Kiran Kumar Bhatt has a strong background in the electric vehicle and defense industries. Kiran Kumar is currently serving as the Head of R&D for Triton Electric Vehicle, LLC, focusing on EV, Defense, and Aerospace projects. Previously, Kiran held the position of Chief Regional Manager at Bharat Electronics, where they led operations in New York, USA. During their tenure, they established business development functions, negotiated contracts and acquisitions, and formed strategic partnerships. Kiran also worked at BEL-INDIA as a Marketing and Business Development Manager, where they received an Executive Excellence Award for handling research, lead generation, and customer interactions. Prior to that, they served as a Deputy Manager at BEL, responsible for establishing systems integration facilities and leading the production engineering division. Overall, Kiran Kumar Bhatt has extensive experience in various senior roles within the industry.

Kiran Kumar Bhatt completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka in the years 1995-1999. Kiran Kumar later pursued a degree in Export Import Management from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade between 2019 and 2020. In 2009, they obtained a Residential Certificate in Marketing Management from the International Management Institute - IMI. In 2021, Kiran attended Harvard University to study Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market. Kiran Kumar has also completed various certifications, including "Leadership Through Social Influence" and "Negotiation skills" from Coursera, and the "LBTechX1: Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market" program from HarvardX.
