Ryan Welter MD PhD is an experienced professional with a strong background in the medical field. Ryan has founded and served as the CEO of Regeneris Medical since 2014, focusing on providing research level therapies to patients using stem cells and biologic mediators. In addition, Dr. Welter has also founded the New England Center for Hair Restoration in 2005, where they integrate medical and surgical methods with cutting-edge technology such as stem cell therapy to offer effective hair loss treatments. Prior to this, they founded Tristan Medical PC in 2003 and served as its President.

Dr. Ryan Welter completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State University in 1993. Ryan then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Oklahoma, graduating in 1999. Following this, they completed a Family Medicine Residency Program at Brown University from 1999 to 2002.
