Nikita Ageev has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nikita most recently worked as the Brand & Communication Director at Tripster starting in September 2021. Prior to that, Nikita worked at ivi.ru for two years as the Marketing Communication Lead, where they were responsible for market research, communication and media strategy development, budget planning, and managing a team of 10 people. Before that, they held various roles at Starcom, including Senior Digital Planner, Human Experience Strategist, and Senior Media Planner. Nikita also worked at Spark Foundry, ZenithOptimedia, VivaKi, MediaCom, OMD Optimum Media, and Media Sales, where they gained experience in areas such as media planning, client service, post-campaign analysis, competitive analysis, and team management. Throughout their career, Nikita has worked with notable clients such as Coca-Cola, Diageo, Daimler, and Bacardi-Martini.
Nikita Ageev obtained their Engineer's degree in Underground Ore Mining from the Russian State Geological Prospecting University n. a. Sergo Ordzhonikidze (MGRI-RSGPU) from 1998 to 2003. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Specialist degree in Marketing Specialist from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Informatics (MESI).
