Ivan Mikheev has a strong background in technology and product management. From 2018 onwards, they served as the Chief Product & Technology Officer at YouTravel.me, where they successfully built and managed a team of 30 people. Ivan implemented the Kanban method for product task planning and achieved less than 1% staff turnover. Ivan also navigated the company through three crises, maintaining sales levels. Ivan introduced new competences, such as ML&DataScience and mobile, within the company. Prior to their role at YouTravel.me, from 2015 to 2020, Ivan worked at AGIMA as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer. In this position, they managed a development department with a noticeable output and played a crucial role in various projects. Ivan also worked as a Teamlead during this time. Before their tenure at AGIMA, Ivan worked as a Web Software Developer, where they contributed to the development of a corporate portal for a large building materials store. Ivan successfully integrated SCORM for the learning system and implemented various communication tools for employees.

Ivan Mikheev pursued their education at Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU). From 2008 to 2012, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician. Following this, they continued their studies at NSTU and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from 2012 to 2014.
