David Chin is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in transit solutions. Currently serving as a Product Manager at TripShot since December 2022, David focuses on the on-demand solution suite and is knowledgeable in TNC and NEMT transit systems. Prior to TripShot, David held various strategic roles at Uber from October 2020 to December 2022, including Senior Product Operations Manager where the emphasis was on aligning supply and demand within the marketplace, and Technical Operations Lead focusing on platform deployment and client collaboration. David's career began at RouteMatch Software from March 2006 to October 2020, culminating as Director of Consulting. Earlier experience includes roles as Industrial Engineer and Business Analyst at UPS-SCS. David holds an MBA in Operations and Strategy from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
