Sean Brophy is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer for Private Credit - Business Finance at Triple Point since March 2022. In this role, Sean leads teams specializing in Leveraged Finance, Property Development, SME Cashflow, and Specialty/Wholesale Finance, focusing on tailored financing solutions and credit underwriting. Prior to Triple Point, Sean held the position of Head of Direct Lending with an alternative finance provider and was the Country Manager for the UK at Caple International, where advisory support was provided to SMEs seeking growth capital. Sean's earlier experience includes roles at Lloyds Bank as Director of Acquisition Finance and Associate Director of Debt Restructuring, as well as serving as Relationship Manager for Corporate Real Estate at Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited. Sean holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School, a Master's in Geography from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Business/Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
