Jay Chang serves in various leadership roles in the real estate and development sectors, currently holding the position of Director at Tripalink since November 2021, focusing on acquisition, development, and asset management to innovate apartment living and foster co-living communities. Simultaneously, Jay is a Senior Investment Analyst at BiggerPockets, providing valuable content on real estate topics, and serves as CEO of Hestia Capital, specializing in multifamily acquisitions and development. Prior experience includes founding Fresh Food Market in Phnom Penh, analyzing projects at CIM Group, and managing engineering projects at Pankow Builders. Jay earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Cum Laude, from UCLA in 2015.
