Jason Hong has extensive experience in construction management and operations within the real estate sector, currently serving as a Construction Manager at Tripalink since April 2018. Responsibilities include tracking construction projects and managing budgets. Additionally, Jason is involved in the TPMC Operation Committee, overseeing performance and advising on lease operations and company training processes. Prior roles include Customer Experience Manager, where Jason established a new department and focused on enhancing service quality, and Process Management Consultant, where Jason initiated standard operating procedures across various departments. Jason's diverse background also includes positions as a Leasing/BD Manager, SOCAL Deputy Manager, and Project Manager, complemented by internships at Sohu.Com Inc. and XIAMEN C&D INC.
