Joanna B. is an experienced instructional designer with a focus on creating effective learning solutions in various educational and corporate settings. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer for Sales Enablement at Tripadvisor since November 2021, Joanna collaborates with the Sales Enablement Team to enhance sales strategies through innovative training materials and oversees the learning management system. Prior to this role, Joanna held the position of Sr. Instructional Designer at Maverik, where strategic learning solutions for over 3,500 employees were developed, and worked as an Instructional Designer at Neumont College of Computer Science, leading faculty training in online teaching practices. Joanna's earlier experience as a Teacher in the Granite School District involved curriculum design that significantly improved student performance in standardized testing. Academically, Joanna holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Media Design from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Westminster University.
