Kyah Song is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional HRBP Head for the Customer Service Center in the APAC region at Trip.com since November 2022. Previously, Kyah held the position of Human Resources Director at Weber Shandwick from July 2021 to October 2022 and various HR roles at Trip.com between July 2018 and July 2021, including Country Human Resources Manager and HR Manager. With earlier experience as Manager of HR Korea at Adways Inc. and Manager of Organizational Development & Culture at Hanwha Galleria, Kyah's career began at protiviti, where roles included Project Management Associate Specialist and Human Resources Associate Specialist. An MBA graduate from the University of California, Irvine, Kyah also holds degrees in English Literature and Business Administration from Ewha Womans University.
