Wouter Tinbergen is an experienced agile professional currently serving as Team Leader and Delivery Manager at Triodos Bank since May 2022, leading four agile teams. As a Freelance Agile Coach and Team Lead at Inspidee since January 2013, Wouter has focused on continuous organizational improvement. Prior roles include Agile Coach at NPO where Wouter contributed to the empowerment of tech teams, and Scrum Master at Van Lanschot Kempen, shaping the workflow of a new Advanced Analytics department. Wouter has also served as an Agilist at Knab, Agile Coach and Scrum Master at DPG Media IT, and held several interim positions at MaxServ B.V., Greenhouse, and Zoover Media BV. Wouter obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht between 2002 and 2005.
