Graham Snow is an experienced leader in change management and process improvement, currently serving as Head of Change and ICT Services at Triodos Bank since June 2020. Prior roles at Triodos Bank include Interim Chief Operations Officer and responsibility for Change Management and Process Improvement strategies. Graham's expertise focuses on enhancing process efficiencies and fostering a culture of innovation aligned with the bank's mission of supporting organizations that benefit people and the environment. Prior to joining Triodos Bank, Graham spent over a decade at Barclays, leading initiatives such as the award-winning "Digital Eagles" program and the launch of a pioneering mobile app for colleagues, overseeing substantial budgets and large teams. Graham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Plymouth.
