Wayne Peterson is an experienced program and software development manager with a robust background in leading technology teams and managing software projects across various industries. Currently serving as Program Manager at Trio Health, Inc. since July 2023, Wayne oversees processes within the technology group to meet the company’s strategic objectives. Prior roles include Director of Software Engineering at bulb Digital Portfolios, where Wayne contributed to project management and agile adoption, and Director of Software Development at CoBank, where leadership extended over a diverse team delivering custom software solutions. Wayne's expertise also encompasses software development management at Catamaran and Policy Studies Inc., as well as data technology management at McKesson Health Solutions.
