Ilka Lionetti is currently the Global CAMP Coordinator at Trinseo since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ilka spent nearly two decades at Dow, serving as a member of the Emergency Services & Security Expertise Center, where responsibilities included assisting ES&S Directors across multiple regions and contributing to crisis management efforts. Ilka's career at The Dow Chemical Company began in 1994, progressing from administrative positions supporting senior management to serving as a senior administrative assistant. Earlier experience includes roles as an executive secretary at Joy MK Projects Company, a head teller at TD, a secretary at John Mailey Construction, and a rental agent at AVIS Car Rental.
