Tom Kruger is an Intermediate Software Engineer at Trinnex since October 2023. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Computer Science at Northeastern University from January 2023 to September 2023, supporting students in Data Structures and Algorithms. Tom's experience also includes working as a Senior Solution Engineer at ChatLabs, where integration strategies for client systems with Salesforce services were developed, and as a Lead Solution Engineer at Chatly, managing client integrations across multiple regions. Earlier, Tom was a Technical Business Analyst at Creative Technology Group, focusing on technology strategy and application integration in the China market. Tom holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
