Paulette Green, DNP, RN-BC, NPD-BC, currently serves as a Professor of Nursing and Student Success Coordinator at Trinity Valley Community College, where efforts focus on designing a student success program that enhances nursing students' study strategies and test-taking skills, leading to increased pass rates and satisfaction. Previous roles include positions at Kilgore College, CHRISTUS Good Shepherd, and Lutheran School of Nursing, where Paulette developed policies, created student success centers, and instructed various nursing subjects while actively contributing to committees aimed at improving educational outcomes. With extensive experience in clinical care and nursing education, Paulette has also held roles in high-pressure healthcare environments, ensuring patient safety and operational efficiency through leadership and collaboration. Educational credentials include a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University and a Master's of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University.
