Carolina Gomez currently serves as the Housing Operations Coordinator at Trinity University, focusing on departmental leadership, communication, and project management related to training and facilities. Prior to this role, Carolina worked as a Peer Career Coach and Student Assistant at the University of the Incarnate Word, where responsibilities included advising peers on career development and providing customer service support. Experience also includes working as a Member Engagement Specialist at the YMCA of Greater San Antonio, where Carolina fostered a positive and inclusive environment, and a brief internship at Any Baby Can of San Antonio. Carolina holds a Master of Education in Student Services in Higher Education and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, both from the University of the Incarnate Word.
