Heather Houseman is a Civil Engineer currently employed at the Trinity River Authority of Texas since May 2023. With an extensive background in civil engineering and real estate, Heather has also worked as a Realtor at Top Texas Realty since November 2016, and served as Real Property Coordinator for the City of Burleson from March 2017 to September 2023. Prior engineering roles include Engineer IV at Alan Plummer Associates, Inc. focusing on water conveyance, and Engineer I at Peri Formworks Systems Inc. Heather began their career as an Intern Engineer at Halff Associates. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
