Jeff Brown is an experienced safety and risk management professional with a strong background in the transportation industry. Currently serving as Chief Safety Officer at Trinity Metro since July 2021, Jeff has focused on identifying and mitigating risks within a multi-modal public transportation system. Previous roles include Risk Manager and Director of Safety and Risk Management at Trinity Metro, along with extensive experience at Enterprise Holdings Inc. from 2009 to 2020, where Jeff managed risks across multiple locations and brands. Jeff also holds significant experience from earlier roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, including Regional Loss Control Manager and Group Loss Control Manager, emphasizing vehicle safety and claims management. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Research from Southeastern Louisiana University.
