Catherine Han is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions at Trinity Investments since April 2024. Previously, Catherine held the position of Analyst at Ohana Real Estate Investors from January 2023 to April 2024, and served as a Teaching Assistant for real estate financial modeling and hospitality finance courses at Cornell University between January and December 2022. Additionally, Catherine gained experience as an Acquisitions & Asset Management Summer Analyst at Excel Group during the summer of 2022. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, with a minor in Real Estate, from Cornell University, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Sookmyung Women’s University.
