Kaushik Ray is a seasoned legal and creative professional, currently serving as a partner and head of global strategy at Trinity International LLP since March 2009, where expertise lies in advising financial institutions and governments on emerging markets finance, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Additionally, Kaushik has been the CEO, writer, director, and producer at Taran Tantra Telefilms Ltd since February 2020, focusing on storytelling addressing various forms of discrimination and prejudice, including women's rights and minority issues. Prior experience includes roles as an associate at Olswang (now CMS) working on film and television finance, and Allen & Overy specializing in international project financing and European public-private partnerships. Academically, Kaushik holds an LLB from King's College London and a Diplome d'études juridiques francaises et européennes from Université de Strasbourg.
