Janet Nelson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Leader for Talent Acquisition at Trinity Health since April 2013. Janet held the position of Talent Acquisition & Staffing Manager at Amerisure Mutual Insurance, focusing on developing effective recruitment processes, and previously served as Manager of Recruiting and Retention at The Taubman Company, achieving significant reductions in hiring costs and time-to-fill. Janet’s early career included leadership positions at Citizens Bank, overseeing corporate employment functions and affirmative action programs.
