Léon Willis II currently serves as the Associate General Counsel and Interim Chief Legal Officer for Trinity Church Wall Street, providing strategic legal counsel to the Vestry. Prior to this role, Léon held the position of Senior Counsel at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where responsibilities included advising on economic development projects and navigating procurement requirements. Léon has also served as Counsel at Christie's and held various titles at ECQ Group, Inc., Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom LLP, Arnold & Porter, and Mintz Levin, gaining extensive experience in corporate transactions, governance, and legal risk management. Léon's educational background includes a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA in English from Yale University.
