Kathy Howie, LCSW, possesses extensive expertise in the mental health and addiction services field, currently serving as Supervisor for TLC/IOC at Trinitas Regional Medical Center since September 2009, where Kathy led the start-up of two DMHS grant-funded programs aimed at providing comprehensive support for individuals with serious mental illness. Prior roles include Executive Director at ALFRE Inc. from November 2004 to August 2009, overseeing operations, budgeting, fundraising, and staff management for a halfway house, as well as Clinical Director positions at NW Essex Community Healthcare Network and Saint Michael's Behavioral Health Services, focusing on the development and provision of essential clinical services. Kathy's foundational experience began at Columbus Hospital and an affiliated center, where responsibilities included clinical supervision and treatment planning for substance abuse clients. Educational credentials include a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Emory University.
