Katie (Roney) Thomas, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Trinisys since January 2022. Previously, Katie held the position of HR Director/Workforce Management at Avelead from September 2018 to December 2021, and Program Manager for Workforce Management at Monument Consulting from September 2012 to May 2014, where significant achievements included managing a major MSP program and implementing VMS software. Prior roles also include Human Capital & Recruiting Manager at Community Health Systems, where Katie directed IT recruiting efforts and received accolades such as "Leader of the Year" in 2011. Early career experience includes positions at TEKsystems and the Tennessee State Museum. Katie possesses SHRM-Sr. Certified Professional and PHR certifications, along with a B.A. in History, Political Science, and French from Middle Tennessee State University.
