Andrew Cook has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Andrew began as an Intern at Velocity Community Credit Union in 2012, followed by an IT Internship at GE Appliances in 2014. From 2015 to 2019, Andrew worked at Epic in two different roles. As a Technical Services employee, they assisted seven healthcare organizations in utilizing Epic's Beacon oncology software, resolving customer issues and advising on system upgrades. Andrew then transitioned to the role of Application Developer, where they designed and implemented new features for the Beacon application, with a focus on reporting tools and creating a cancer population registry. Finally, in 2019, Andrew joined Trinisys as a Healthcare Data Engineer.
Andrew Cook attended the University of Kentucky from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their degree, Andrew also obtained certifications from CompTIA and Amazon. In February 2023, they received the CompTIA Security+ certification, and in November 2022, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification.
