Fernando Reiter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate financing and treasury management. Currently, Fernando serves as a Board Member at Trinidad Cement Limited and as Corporate Financing Director at CEMEX since June 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing treasury operations for a subsidiary with $3.7 billion in sales and leading a seven-person Treasury team managing cash flows of $7 billion. Fernando has successfully developed risk hedging strategies, negotiated significant debt agreements, and established a first revolving credit line for CEMEX since 2005. Previous roles include Corporate Financing and Capital Markets Manager and International Financing Manager, with accomplishments such as refinancing $15 billion in debt and issuing $15 billion in bonds. Fernando holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and dual undergraduate degrees in Economics and Humanistic and Social Studies from Universidad de Monterrey.
