Vitaliy Ermolenko has a strong background in technical and product management roles. Vitaliy is currently working as a Technical Delivery Manager at Trinetix since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Folderly from January 2023 to May 2023. Vitaliy also gained experience as a Product Manager at signNow from November 2020 to January 2023. Before that, they served as a Project/ Product Manager at eTeam Inc. from August 2019 to November 2020 and as a Project Manager at Litslink from November 2017 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Head of Department at Vsesvit-el from October 2013 to January 2017, and Head of Unit at Bank Forum from December 2011 to February 2013. Vitaliy began their career as an Economist at Ukrsibbank in October 2007, where they worked until December 2011.

Vitaliy Ermolenko's education history begins in 2002, when they enrolled at the Ukrainian Academy Of Banking Of The National Bank Of Ukraine. Vitaliy pursued a Master's degree in Banking and completed their studies in 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Vitaliy has obtained several certifications. In May 2015, they completed the "Programming for Everybody (Python)" course from Coursera. In October 2019, they acquired the certification in "Business Analysis" from IAMPM and became an "Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner" certified by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Later on, in October 2020, they also earned the designation of "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" from Scrum Alliance. Finally, in June 2022, they successfully completed the "Product Finance and Metrics course" at IAMPM.
