Stanislav S. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Stanislav started their career as an Intern at the Risk Management Department of Fido Commercial Bank (Erste Bank Ukraine) in 2012. Later that year, they worked as an Information Service Specialist at Praktiker's online shop ua-praktiker.com. In 2013, they interned at the Treasury Department of Prime Bank before moving on to Avon Cosmetics Ukraine as a Data Base Analyst, Sales Analyst, and Tester. In 2015, Stanislav joined Ciklum as a Junior QA Engineer, and later advanced to the role of Middle QA Engineer. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Trinetix as a Senior QA Engineer.

Stanislav S. attended Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE) from 2007 to 2012. During their time at KNUTE, they focused on studying Economic Cybernetics. However, no specific degree name is provided for this period.

In addition to their academic education, Stanislav has obtained two certifications. In April 2017, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional through the institution of ICAgile. Furthermore, in December 2016, they obtained certification as an ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level from iSQI GmbH.
