Michael Nelson is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Head of Legal - Americas at Trina Solar, Michael has also held the position of Senior Counsel - Americas at the same company and previously worked as a Senior Counsel at ZentLaw. Earlier in their career, Michael served as an Associate at McCarthy & Berlin and held the role of Associate General Counsel/Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Commerce Energy Corporation. Michael holds a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Canisius University.
