Luciano Silva Militello currently serves as the BESS Product & Engineering Manager for the LAC Region at Trina Solar, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Ingeniero de Proyectos at Generadora Metropolitana, where responsibilities spanned both Development and Project Management. Luciano provided advisory services in the Ministries of Energy and Mining in Chile, contributing to strategic initiatives from May 2021 to March 2022. Previous roles involve engineering studies at Systep Ingeniería y Diseños and various technical positions in the Carrera Solar Atacama competitions, focusing on safety coordination and event management. Luciano holds an Electrical Engineering degree with a specialization in Power Systems from Universidad de Chile and completed high school at The Grange School, excelling in Mathematics and Physics.
