Lauro Gutierrez currently serves as the Head of M&A for North America at Trina Solar, focusing on acquisitions and strategic partnerships to support U.S. expansion. Previous positions include Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Salt Creek Midstream, Lead of Corporate Development and Strategy at Noble Midstream Partners LP, and Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at NextEra Energy Resources. Lauro's experience in mergers and acquisitions spans roles at Hess Corporation as an M&A Advisor, as well as positions at Calpine, Kinder Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, and MMA Financial. Additionally, Lauro contributed to social and economic development as a Community/Economic Development Specialist with the Peace Corps. Lauro holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and pursued further education at the University of Bath.
