Kelly Rogstad is an accomplished financial systems professional with extensive experience in various roles. Since July 2007, Kelly has held multiple positions at TriMet, including Financial Systems Manager, Program Manager for Financial Systems, Senior Business Analyst, and Accounting Manager. Additionally, Kelly served as League President and Board Member for Lake Oswego Little League from July 2017 to December 2023. As a founder and principal consultant of Ataign, LLC, Kelly provided expertise in Information Systems from August 2006 to December 2012. Prior experience includes ownership of Rogstad & Associates, Inc., with notable clients such as Northwest Regional ESD, and roles at Bonneau & Associates, Inc., TriMet, and OHSU. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Portland State University, earned between 1985 and 1992.
