Lydia Tucker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lydia started their career as an Event Coordinator at lemon & lime event design in 2013, where they managed event logistics and created event decor. In 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at West Port Media, overseeing administrative, recruiting, and training departments. Lydia then joined Global Vision Group Inc in 2013 as an HR Administrator & Recruiter, managing social media accounts and supporting the recruitment process. In 2015, they became a Licensed Realtor at RE/MAX and later transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in 2018, where they worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. In 2016, Lydia joined StarChapter as an Account Executive, where they collaborated with association chapters and membership-based organizations. Lydia then joined The Bob & Ronna Group in 2018 as the Director of Inside Sales and was later promoted to VP of Sales in 2022. Most recently, Lydia has been working at TriMech as a Client Executive since 2023.

Lydia Tucker obtained their high school diploma from Marriotts Ridge High School from 2005 to 2008, where they studied general studies. Following this, they pursued a degree in Public Relations from West Virginia University, specializing in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Lydia also obtained the Certified Negotiation Expert certification in May 2015, from an institution called CNE.
