Maria Gillberg is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HRIS systems, compensation and benefits, and employee support. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Trimble Inc. since 2016, Maria oversees a range of responsibilities including onboarding, offboarding, training coordination, and HR policy implementation. Maria also plays a key role in recruitment efforts and employee well-being initiatives. Prior to this, Maria has been with Tekla since 1999, where contributions include HR assistant duties and general office management tasks. Educational qualifications include a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration from Espoo Business School and a Ylioppilas degree from Porkkalan Lukio.
