Tomas Penaloza is a seasoned professional in telecommunications and sales, currently serving as Sales Director at Tecnofase Ingeniería Limitada since January 2010 and as CALA Sales Manager at Trilogy Communications Inc. since June 2015. With prior experience as Engineering Manager at Prointel and Eng Sales Sr Proj at ADC, Tomas has contributed to the Wireless CALA Team focused on the Caribbean and Latin America regions. Additional roles include Technical Sales Support and Technical Sales Engineer at LGC Wireless, which was later acquired by ADC, and Design Engineer at Interexport, specializing in DAS systems for underground mining. Tomas holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Chile, earned between 1995 and 2003.
