William Welch is an experienced equities trader at Trillium Trading since January 2021, following a data analytics internship at DTE Energy in the summer of 2018. During the internship, William Welch queried customer databases to address errors in a new billing software and developed automated tracking metrics using VBA, which enhanced performance and efficiency in customer service centers. William Welch holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Operations Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Michigan College of Engineering and is currently furthering education at Politecnico di Torino.
