Olivia VanNatta is an experienced professional in the field of employment services and independent living for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as Program Manager and Senior Employment Consultant at Trillium Employment Services since September 2017, Olivia fosters partnerships with Clark County businesses to facilitate meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Prior to this role, Olivia worked as an Employment Specialist at Advancement Northwest and as an Independent Living Consultant/Youth Services at the Center for Independence-Bellingham, where support was provided to youth and adults in achieving independent living skills and advocating for inclusive communities. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Western Washington University, earned in 2015.
