Ian Petty is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in application development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior AppDev Engineer at Trility Consulting since January 2023, Ian previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Splash Financial from October 2021 to January 2023. Ian's career began with roles at Masonite® as both a Web Applications Developer II and Full Stack Engineer, where contributions were made to enhance web consumer experiences. Earlier experience includes various technical roles such as Computer Repair Technician at Rexburg Computer and Information Technology Technician at System Source LLC. Ian also interned at ADT in the Product Management and Innovation division, focusing on mobile application feedback and testing. An education in Computer Science was obtained from Brigham Young University - Idaho, complemented by an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Bellevue College.
