Mike Ackerson has extensive experience in production and operations management, currently serving as a Production Manager at Sonoco-Trident since April 2008. In this role, Mike collaborates with senior leadership on regional and global levels to monitor key performance indicators and drive organizational success through operational excellence and cross-functional cooperation. Previously, Mike held various positions at Sonoco-Trident, including Operations Manager and a prior Production Manager role, where a focus on process improvement and team development was paramount. Earlier in their career, Mike began as a Senior Pre-Press Artist, producing digital artwork, before being promoted to a production management position due to strong leadership skills. Mike also gained experience as a Production Artist at Landor from 2005 to 2008 and holds an Associate's degree from Gateway Community & Technical College.
