Currently serving as the General Manager for Mid-West Operations and FFG Program Manager at Trident Maritime Systems, as well as the Owner of WildFire Coating Company, Charlie has previously held key leadership roles such as Production Director at Irving Shipbuilding and Director of Operations at Fincantieri Marine Systems North America. With a solid background in production management and operational oversight, Charlie has successfully managed large teams and significant budgets, consistently achieving cost and efficiency improvements. Their educational credentials include a Master's in Engineering Management from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
