Aaron Frankel, CCISO CISM GSLC, serves as the Information Security Officer at TriCore Reference Laboratories since November 2018, focusing on enhancing security measures to benefit community health. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Manager of Information Security Engineering & Operations at PNM Resources, where responsibility included the implementation of security mechanisms to protect enterprise assets. As the Chief Information Security Officer for the State of New Mexico's Human Services Department, Aaron ensured compliance with various federal audits. Aaron's extensive experience also includes management roles at T-Systems and Presbyterian Healthcare Services, overseeing IT security and team operations. Early in the career, Aaron worked as a System Engineer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico. Educationally, Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
