Andrew DeLuca currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Tricolor Holdings since November 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew held the positions of General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Total Finance & Car Outlet from November 2009 to November 2022, contributing to a large auto sales and finance operation with over 500 employees and a substantial financing portfolio. Andrew successfully directed and managed the acquisition of Total Finance & Car Outlet by Marubeni Corporation, a Global Fortune 200 company. Academically, Andrew earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
