Paul Reid has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paul is currently the CEO and Founder of Trickle, an app that focuses on employee feedback and collaboration. Prior to that, they served as the Non-Executive Director and Interim CEO (Maternity Cover) at Appointedd. Paul has also held positions as a Non-Executive Director at Pogo Studio and an Advisory Board Member at CivTech® Programme. Additionally, Paul has served as the Chair at Coach Logic and Founding Partner at Augmentors Partners, where they supported start-up and scale-up tech businesses. Earlier in their career, they founded Sigma Seven, providing map-based software solutions, and served as the MD and Founder. Paul also founded C3T Limited, a consultancy providing software development and consultancy services. Before that, Paul worked as a Product Manager and Software Developer at Conic Systems.

Paul Reid attended Edinburgh Napier University from 1991 to 1995. Paul pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B Eng) degree in Software Engineering with Honors during this time.
