Cosmin Rusu has an extensive background in project management, business analysis, and software development. Currently serving as Technical Director at TRiBECA® Knowledge since November 2014, Cosmin leads the company's transition to a software-as-a-service provider. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst, Cosmin managed software development projects using Agile methodologies for prominent pharmaceutical companies, delivering business performance tools. Prior experience includes a role as Project Management and Business Analyst Consultant at GFT, where Cosmin contributed to international delivery projects and facilitated collaboration with various stakeholders. Earlier, as Accounts Manager at Publications UK Ltd, Cosmin oversaw promotional activities for an exhibition aimed at fostering UK-Romania business relations. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Strategic Management of Projects from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
