Richard N. has extensive experience in various engineering roles, currently serving as a SecOps Engineer and Cloud Security Engineer at Tribal Group since May 2012. Richard N. has also held positions as an Infrastructure Engineer for the SOC/NOC Team, Junior Network Engineer, International Support Engineer, Help Desk Coordinator, and Service Desk Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Officer at Sandwell Council from November 2005 to June 2013. Richard N. holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Sound Production from the University of Wolverhampton, completed between 2009 and 2012.
