Rayan Shakir has extensive experience in technical and customer support roles within the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Technical Lead at Tribal Group since January 2022, Rayan manages customer-facing operations related to the BMC RF ticketing system and AWS infrastructure enhancements. Prior experience includes a role as a Cloud Customer Support Representative at OVHcloud, where Rayan responded to customer crises during a data center incident, and technical services support at JTI, providing administration for both Windows and Linux servers. Additional experience includes IT support roles at Schlumberger and project coordination at AlanDick Africa, along with a background in sales engineering at Nile Technical Agencies. Rayan holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology.
